Timing was set up for your assigned wave.  If you started in your assigned wave your times are accurate.  If you moved forward, you need to add 7 minutes/wave to your time.

2010 We have added a walking division and will assign waves by 10k times.  This will make the flow of the race smoother.  Thanks for participating in the RLAG 8k Richmond!
